Funded account

Max drawdown
$3,000: a trailing drawdown that follows your highest end-of-day balance. It stops trailing once the floor reaches $100,000 (the starting balance + $0) and stays there. Touching it at any moment, open trades included, fails the account. After a payout the floor resets to $100,000. source
Daily loss limit
$2,000, measured from the balance at the start of the trading day, open trades included. Hitting it stops trading for the rest of the day; the account stays open. source
Trading day
The trading day starts at 5:00 PM US Central time; daily limits reset then. Positions must be closed by 3:10 PM US Central time. source
Consistency rule
Your best day can be at most 40% of your total profit to request a payout, counted since your last payout. Going over doesn't fail the account; payouts wait until it's met. source
News trading
No trading from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after: CPI, FOMC rate decision, FOMC press conference, NFP, PPI. source
Inactivity
At least 1 trade per month, or the account can be closed. source
