Instant Funding Two-Phase 10K rules

Phase 1
- Profit target
- 8% of the starting balance ($800) in profit. source
- Max drawdown
- 10% of the starting balance ($1,000): a static floor that never moves. Touching it at any moment, open trades included, fails the account. source
- Daily loss limit
- 5% of the starting balance ($500), measured from the higher of the balance and equity at the start of the trading day, open trades included. Hitting it fails the account. source
- Trading day
- The trading day starts at 5:00 PM US Eastern time; daily limits reset then. source
- Minimum trading days
- 3 days with at least one trade. source
Phase 2
- Profit target
- 5% of the starting balance ($500) in profit. source

- 5% of the starting balance ($500), measured from the higher of the balance and equity at the start of the trading day, open trades included. Hitting it fails the account. source

- 3 days with at least one trade. source
Funded
- Max drawdown
- 10% of the starting balance ($1,000): a static floor that never moves. Touching it at any moment, open trades included, fails the account. source
- Daily loss limit
- 5% of the starting balance ($500), measured from the higher of the balance and equity at the start of the trading day, open trades included. Hitting it fails the account. source
- Trading day
- The trading day starts at 5:00 PM US Eastern time; daily limits reset then. No holding over the weekend. source
- Consistency rule
- Your best day can be at most 40% of your total profit to request a payout. Going over doesn't fail the account; payouts wait until it's met. source
- Risk per trade
- A single trade may risk at most 2.5% of the starting balance ($250). source
- News trading
- No trading from 4 minutes before to 4 minutes after: Major news: high-impact (red folder) on ForexFactory/FXStreet, e.g. central bank rate decisions, NFP, CPI. source
